What Joseph said was that it is our responsibility to make unpopular a bad thing and popular a good thing. Replace the unsound with the sound. Don’t be shy or don’t just stand there talk to people interact make friends and become popular. For instance, take the famous people. If they speak out they wouldnt have gotten famous.
