Reflection: What I think Robert is trying to say is that if you practice doing what is right it will become easier. If you always do what is right and chose everything right in the right occasions it will be easier to choose the right. But if you mess up everything and do what is wrong they it will become a lot harder to choose what is right. I you constantly keep choosing the wrong things then you will not know what to do right and you won’t be able to make right decisions without struggling
