What Rosa is saying is that if you are doing something bad you are going to regret it and have second thoughts like what if they find out or how am I going to get away with it. Just simple stuff you do wrong you will regret it but in the other hand if you are doing something right then you are fine nothing to worry about. You always have to think about what it is you are going to be doing. Dont let your mind and body get carried with anger and pain. You must be able to control yourself not matter what situation you are in. Dont do wrong things if you know they are wrong and you dont want to get caught. Get caught doing whats right, and allow yourself to be a good model for everyone. Show everyone how happy choosing the right makes you and show them that it isnt so hard to do whats right.
